Hi, I want to ask if it is possible to get a modem description like this ( green text below).

By some kind of API or Linux command.

I am using TRM250 device and Raspberry Pi 4.

Modem info:

You could try configuring cellular data communication with modem-manager application (for instructions on how to install it refer here).
