Hi,

I want to establish the RMS package for this router which has been sitting in the corner for some time. I have purchase the 5y management licence and there is still 5GB data volume on the account.

However, the box where I would like to select the package is empty, see screenshot.

Hello,

Based on the serial number of your device, RMS shows that you do not have a valid credit, pack or code to be activated.

Could you check with your reseller or double check your email box, if you have received any code?
