Dear Support team
We have two RUT955 and cant get any GPS Signal at all.

We even changend the GPS Antenna but its the same for both devices (even outdoor only without any obstruction).

Yesterday we upgraded one of them to the latest Firmware (RUT9_R_00.07.04) but it still says no GPS.

If needed i can provide the log files as well as the troubleshoot file (and even a backup of the config).
Access to the Router is limited as it is mounted in an Ad-Bike and only available when switched on. So testing is limited and may take some time.
gpsctl says all Zeros, date from gpsctl says 1970-01-01 01:00:00, but system time is correct

To begin troubleshooting, I would like you to provide a troubleshoot files from the device, taken while GPS service is enabled.
