Is there a good place to purchase RMS license for 1 device either monthly or annual from USA with electronic delivery rather than by physical mail ? Even eBay sellers ship license via physical mail.

 The lack of a good place to buy licenses with instant digital delivery in USA deters people from using RMS and Teltonika all together. Why can't everybody buy it from the same website regardless of their location with instant digital delivery ?

Authorized resellers can be found here. Select the region as the United States, and it will give you a list of the resellers, as well as the links to the purchase page. Currently, authorized resellers in the US are:
