Hi Forum.,

i bought a 10 Year License for Managing one Device. After i unregistered the Device i did not find the license. Is it possible to move this License to another Device i try to register or is that License lost forever?

Hello,

Once the pack is assigned to the device, it remains attached to that device. The device can be moved between different companies, it will still have data from that pack available.

It is not possible to reassign the pack to another device.

Hi, so you say the pack is bound to the device. The device is now registered to another account but the router / License says that the License is bound to my account... so what to do next ? Hope to hear from you
