Hello,

For the last hour the RMS has been working very badly. Sometimes it connects but then it is super slow and sometimes it doesnt connect at all ? Is there a status page or something that reflects if the RMS is working as expected?

Could this be account dependent?

Correct, i'm not able to login. Tried from different ISP's / Browsers. This morning the portal was working fine.

Please solve the problem.

Me too, every 2-3 minutes a "user timeout" error appears and I find myself logged out

When I try to login, 90% of the time the page is stuck at loading after the OTP

Hello,

Teltonika is aware about the issue.

RnD is working on providing a solution.

I would like to inform that the issue only applies to reaching the website of RMS and slow API response.

On the server side, everything is functioning properly, devices on the platform collect and transfer data without issue.

I will post an update, once the issue is resolved.

Hello,
There is indeed an ongoing issue, where certain connections to RMS are experiencing very slow service, when the page and its separate components take a long time to load.
The cause of it is not clear at the moment. RMS team is aware about it and finding a solution as well as preventing it from happening in the future is a top priority assignment.
