Hi all,

Yesterday (30.Mar23), after the update of RMS, I'm not able to login to RMS with my user/pass.

"Bad credentials"

I've tried to request new password, but never receive any email (and yes, I've checked my spambox).

This is very annoying, since I've got over 70 devices that I monitor every day.

Please advice.

The issue of "Bad credentials" should have been resolved by yesterday.

Could you check now, if you are able to login with your current credentials, despite the request to reset your password?

Until the link has been activated, current username/password is still valid.

Could you provide some screenshots with the error visible in a private message?

It would also give an email address to check, whether the reset email was sent.

Also, are you using any of the multi-factor authentication options?
