RUT955 OPENVPN via NordVPN doesn't get connected status

I tried to establish a VPN tunnel vie NordVPN. I followed the instructions of your Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNb1NN_uHZ0

But however, the connection doesn't get connected.

Any ideas how to fix this?

thank's for your remote support.

Lessons learned:  do not forget to set the "Keep settings" option to off before updating the firmware.

so to reconfigure the router can not be avoided ;-)

Hello,

Could you update your device to RUT9_R_00.07.04.1 with Keep settings option set to off, reconfigure it and check, if the issue is still present?

If it is, please generate and attach a new troubleshoot file for further investigation.

Update done, but now I'cant establish internet connection anymore (via mob1s1a1).

Wifi connection is also broken.

DDNS Service is missing too
