My RUT241 is connected to a carrier that provides private access.  Connected devices such as the RUT241 get a private 10.x.x.x address for me to connect to when I'm connected to the VPN.  I am able to connect to other devices, however, I'm trying to determine why I can't reach the RUT241 via WAN as well.  Remote SSH, remote HTTP and remote https is turned on. "Ignore private IPs on public interface" is off.

Hello,

I will ask you to navigate to System → Administration → Troubleshoot and generate a troubleshoot file. This file can be attached to the original question and will only be visible to Teltonika moderators.

This file contains your configuration, logs, and firewall statistics which could help me determine the issue.

Hello,

Everything from the configuration side looks correct, however, I can see that the device is roaming. Are you sure that it is supposed to be reachable when roaming?

Could you try pinging the device? If it does not respond to pings, then the issue is somewhere on the VPN side, and I'd recommend consulting the carrier.

Lastly, the signal values are quite bad, and the device is nearing the disconnection levels, which could also cause issues when connecting. Please refer to our mobile signal strength recommendations.
