Hi,

The web GUI login works:

  1. Locally connected using the LAN network
  2. Using OpenVPN windows client and the RMS VPN route ***ONLY if the WAN cable is connected***.
  3. Using the RMS Generated WebGui link with both internet interface WAN and Mobile interface.
The error message "The device is unreachable. Please check the connection and try again" appear when trying to log in using OpenVPN windows client and the RMS VPN route if the RUT240 is connected to the mobile interface. The webpage is loading, but I can't log in.

Could you check, if the device is reachable over RMS Connect HTTP(S)?

Next, could you open the .ovpn configuration file with a text editor and modify it by adding an additional option to set MTU value:

  • tun-mtu

The values to try are:

  • 1380
  • 1360

The file could be edited in a following way:

It worked https with tun-mtu-1360.
