RUTX50 on RUTX_R_00.07.04.1

When using the default Teltonika theme for the Hotspot functionality in services, you are unable to modify / add / remove css in the GUI editor. It looks as though you can, and when pressing save on the file, and edit page for the theme, you get a confirmation message however when viewing the file again the changes do not take.

Edit as a work around you could directly edit via SSH / CLI

The issue seems to be related to the browser cache, as the values do get updated in the backend, just show up as the old ones in the WebUI. After saving the file, you can press Ctrl + F5 when using Chrome on Windows, and the values will bet updated.

The issue is reported to the RnD. Thank you!
