Hi!

We are running around 30 active devices at the moment,
and we also have 30 credits remaining. The RMS tells me
that our credits coverage runs out tomorrow which it
certainly does NOT.

Yesterday I was told that the coverage runs out today.

I _guess_ tomorrow it will tell me that the coverage will
run out the day after tomorrow.

Could you please look into this matter as we are probably
not the only ones "bitten by this bug" :-)

Hello,

Could you provide the company ID and name of your RMS account?

Could you also attach a screenshot with the notifications?

Best regards,

Dear Zygimantas,

Company ID is 24438
RMS account is timelapsesystems

I'm _absolutely_ sure that we won't time out in two days :-)

Regards,

Reinhard

Hello,

The displayed date is indeed off. It shows service expiration for one of your devices with least of the service remaining. I have reported this for RMS team.

As for notifications, you have more devices currently being actively monitored than credits remaining to automatically extend monitoring service, meaning that within the next 30 days, some of your devices will not receive service extension and thus the warning notifications.

Best regards,
