Hi Support, 

I have a TRB500 device loaded with the modem firmware RG501QEUAAR12A05M4G_OCPU_BETA_20211020D. 

It seems my device is loaded with very old modem firmware (dated might be 2021-10-20). How can get it loaded with latest modem firmware? I do NOT see any option to get the modem firmware from your server via UI.

Router Firmware loaded: TRB5_R_00.07.04.1

It was told that the modem firmware download would be available via UI from TRB5_R_00.07.04.1 onwards. But it is NOT available yet. How to resolve this issue? Can you send the latest Modem Firmware File to load using 'File' option?

Sorry for the delayed response. Your question got lost.

The modem firmware for TRB500 should be released with the (near) future RutOS releases.

However, if you are not experiencing any issues, there should be no need to update the modem firmware.
