Hello,

would it be possible to run a RUT241 ( with an IP from the FB in subnet192.168.2.0/24) behind a Fritzbox to terminate incoming openVPN connections?

I assume, at least we have to enable port forwarding on the FB for Port 1194 to the IP of the RUT241.

Hello,

Is the RUT241 itself an OpenVPN client or server?

If it is simply a device within the LAN, it is unaware of any VPN activity, thus not able to terminate it.

Best regards,

The device would be the client. It would be a device within the lan, but there would be a forwarding rule on the fritzbox, to forward connections on port 1194 (OpenVPN)  the RUT241.
