Hi

I have a RUT950 i'm trying to add to RMS however it's possible this device was previously added to another RMS prior to a company acquisition.

In RMS I receive: Device could not be added. Please contact support for more information.

On the RUT950 i'm seeing: Failure (Error: Expired license.)

The serial for the RUT950 device is: 1112919892

Could you send a photo of the device with serial and IMEI numbers visible in a private message, simply to confirm your ownership of the device?

The device is offsite very far away from my office.

I will try to visit the site and take a photo of it, but im not sure when i will have the time for this.
