Hi Team when creating a new VPN Hub in RMS, the below message appears.

Is it possible to extend the setting for  The VPN hub is inactive (no clients connect to it) for 14 days, from  14 Days to 30 Days, or longer?

VPN hubs get disabled automatically in these circumstances:

  • - The VPN hub does not have any clients configured for 24 hours.
  • - The VPN hub is inactive (no clients connect to it) for 14 days.

Hi thankyou for responding.

The reason is a staff member went on leave and when returned VPN was disabled.

It would be good if it could be adjustable to 7, 14, 30 days.

Hello,

Disabling inactive HUBs allows to preserve network resources. It is related to availability and reliability of the service. The timeframes are hardcoded into the platform, thus are not modifiable.

Could you, describe your need for extending these inactivity timeouts? I could forward a suggestion to the RMS team.

Best regards,
