I'm trying to change my email in my RMS account, but when I enter a new email I get the message You have not activated your new email address

Hello,

When changing your email address in RMS, you will be sent a confirmation email to your new email address. So please, check the inbox of your new email and confirm the change. Once confirmed, the email address should be changed.

As described on the RMS account settings page:

I did that but I don't get the email for confirmation. I checked my spam folder, and I even checked on the server but there is no email from Teltonica.

Hello,

Please, double-check if you entered the email correctly. Then, please send me your RMS account's old and new email that you are trying to change to, as well as RMS company ID via private message by clicking on my profile and pressing 'send private message'.
