Firmware version: RUTX_R_00.07.04.2


As soon as Speed Test page finishes loading in the browser, exclamation mark message is shown: "Failed to retrieve provider IP address. Please check your internet connection."
Obviously my Internet connection seems to work fine.
If I continue and press "Start Test" button anyway and accept the warning, another exclamation mark message is shown: "There was no response from the selected server." Nothing happens afterwards.

Tried disabling browser extensions, tried different browsers, but result is the same.

I've managed to replicate the issue and reported it to our RnD team.

It seems like this issue affects only some of the servers.

Will let you know when there are any updates on the case.

Just an update, developers are aware of this issue and it will be fixed in v7.5 release of RutOS, which will come out around the middle of May.
