Hey, ive got an RUT951, i have done the setup wizard and not changed anything, updated the firmware, still get RMS connection refused, any ways to solve this?.

Hello,

  

It seems like the device does not have an internet connection.

From the logs I can see, that the SIM card is locked and requires a PUK code to unlock.

To unblock the card, you will also need to replace the PIN code of the SIM. To do so, log into the device using SSH or CLI, and run this command:

gsmctl -A 'AT+CPIN="12345678","1234"'

Where:

12345678 is the PUK code of the SIM;

1234 is the new PIN of the SIM. Enter 0000 if you'd like the SIM card to not have a PIN code.

Afterward, the mobile connection status can be checked by navigating to Status → Network → Mobile.

To log into the command line of the device, here are the instructions:

After running the commands, make sure to change the PIN code in the WebUI, by navigating to Network → Mobile → General.
