Thank you for contacting us.
I would like to inform you that by default all older devices use "admin01" as the device administrator password.
This information is given on the top device sticker.
Newer devices with unique passwords, have this information on the device bottom, in the line "password".
Please that in order to add a device to RMS you should use your current device administrator password, not the default one.
