Question

Now i have unlocked the SIM PUK and everything and it says connected, the only problem i got now is it says RMS connection refused, what type of problem am i having now, i will put a trouble shoot file with the question.

Have you tried rebooting the device?

If the device added to your RMS account?

Can you verify that the router can provide an internet connection now?

It says its connected, but still says RMS connection refused, have tried to Reboot but did not work, i have it connected to my PC so it does provide internet, also i cannot get onto the rms.teltonika website it says its an new address or something, so i cannot add my camera or device to the rms.
