Hello,

I've follow the https://community.teltonika-networks.com/16147/rut955-power-supply-voltage for PSU-V reading, but i can't obtain the rigth value:

The ADC-V output with different PSU-V IN is:

dc in ADC-V
9v 1.8600
12v 1.1100
24v 1.2300

When apply the rules in before post i can't obtain the rigth value, what i'm missing?

Thanks

Hello,

What modem is in your device? If you are unsure, you can send me the order code and I will look it up.

Since a calculation is needed to calculate the PSU voltage, it could be that the hardware revision of your device has different components, thus a different formula may need to be used. It could also be the case, that it will not be possible to measure the voltage at all.

Hello,

Indeed, it seems like it's a very old revision of RUT955, so the internal wiring has most likely changed quite drastically as well.

This device will also not let you install the latest firmware, which can be a security threat.
