RUTX11 Uplink Android problems

I have upgraded to the latest Firmware, RUTX_R_00.07.04.1

And ever since I have had problems with Android devices getting no or very slow uplink speeds. If I run the same tests on a iPhone or MacOS device i get normal uplink speeds.

I have tried with both a tablet (Samsung) and a Android TV, get the same problem

Rolled back to RUTX_R_00.07.03.4 , problem solved

I think there are major problems in RUTX_R_00.07.04.X
