We are experiencing an issue with a RUT950 device, where the SIM card is recognized but unable to register on the network. We have already updated the firmware to the latest available version (RUT9_R_00.07.04.1_WEBUI), switched the SIM card between SIM1 and SIM2, configured the APN according to the carrier's instructions, but nothing has worked. Until April 24th, it was working perfectly, but after a problem with the line, we had to transfer the line to a new SIM card. The SIM card was tested on a ZTE router and an iPhone 12, and it works perfectly on both. We also tested with a SIM card from another carrier, and it did not work on the RUT950. Finally, we reset the device to its factory settings, but it still didn't work, I don't know what else to do, does anyone have any ideas?

We have the same equipment on 9 other ships, and it works perfectly on all of them. The line used is from the Brazilian carrier "CLARO".

Thank you for contacting us.

It would be great if you could replicate the issue, then access the router's WebUI, go to SYSTEM > ADMINISTRATION > TROUBLESHOOT section, download troubleshoot file from there and send it to me.

Logs in this file will help to answer what causes this issue.
