Hello,
I have a RTU240 running in Portugal with a SIM card. The most of the time it works well. But something randomly it looses the LTE connection and is not able to establish it again. Or only after a while. Today I wait about 30min with trying to reconnect, power off the modem, change LTE band to manual... No luck. Then I switched the SIM card to my HUAWAI portable modem and directly got internet connection back. This happend already several times. I thought it was better with new firmware RUT2_R_00.07.04.2 but also with that it happend again.

In the log the " Data connection state" was connected but the SINR showed "no signal"

I wonder how because the antenna and everything from the modem should have much better hardware and signal strength then my portable HUAWAI.

Are there any settings I can do within the modem to solve this disconnection issue?

Hi,

Whenever this happens the next time, it would be best if you could download the troubleshoot file while the device is still disconnected from LTE and not yet rebooted.

This would allow us to perform a more in depth analysis of what actually happens to the device

Hi,

I can't connect to the Internet anymore. My mobile phone has good connection and also my Huawai E5577C has 3 from 5 connection strength. 
Its really strange. I've updated the RUT240 to the latest Firmware with do not keep settings. 

Attached are the troubleshoot files. I've done from two different positions in the room.
