Dear Support,
since today we have problem to add new devices to RMS.
Are there any known problems with onboarding new devices? Delay to add the device?
we are 100% sure, that serial number, mac address and also password is correct! we also no internet problem or something is blocked behind a firewall.
No error message on RUT240 WebUI (V01.14.05) -> long time connecting state.
