Dear Support,

since today we have problem to add new devices to RMS.
Are there any known problems with onboarding new devices? Delay to add the device?

we are 100% sure, that serial number, mac address and also password is correct! we also no internet problem or something is blocked behind a firewall.

No error message on RUT240 WebUI (V01.14.05) -> long time connecting state.

I'm also having problems with RMS on my RUT240

does not show on the RMS console as online until I plug in to the device, log on to it locally and click the "connect" button in RMS settings

Am i doing something wrong with RMS set up or is there a problem

I have tried today two other devices. same problem.
