Hi,

Having trouble connection a new rut950 to rms. Before connecting i upgraded to the latest firmware. Went through the normal procedure but no luck. Keep getting no conncection although I have a wan and or modem connection. Tried through both of them. I also tried pinging the host address of rms but no luck (though the modem and our own wan connection. According to the status page https://rmscloud.statuspage.io/ all is ok.

We should be able to ping rms.teltonika-networks.com ? (even tried by creating a hotspot with my own mobile phone and laptop.)

Hello,

RMS is currently experiencing some issues establishing a connection with devices, the ones that are online are working just fine.

RMS IP is not pingable (drops all ping requests)
