Hello, I purchased a previously owned RUT240, and am getting an error when adding the device in RMS

Device at line 1 could not be added. Please contact support for more information.

I'm guessing it was previously registered with another company account, and needs to be unregistered. Can someone point me in the right direction as far as contacting support?

Hello,

Could you send a photo of the device with serial and IMEI numbers visible in a private message, simply to confirm your ownership of the device and proceed further?
