The device became unreachable, so following TRB 140 FW CONNECTION ERROR AFTER UPDATE - Crowd Support Forum | Teltonika Networks (teltonika-networks.com)  I could gain access to the device again. Now I can't upgrade fw vía WebUi nor CLI.

Could you repeat procedure steps 1 - 10 from the referenced link using the rootfs file from this link?

You should boot straight to TRB1_R_00.07.04.2 afterwards.
