Hi, here is the error codes, The Macbook Pro 2014 with MacOS Catalin 10.15.7 can't seem to connect to the RUT240. All other devices work fine on the RUT240 including my Windows laptop and my android phone, and her apple phone.

Hello,

In order to get a better understanding of what the cause of the issue could be, I will ask you to:

  • Update the firmware to the latest version. Firmware for the RUT240 can be downloaded here;
  • Replicate the issue where these logs are present;
  • Navigate to System → Administration → Troubleshoot and generate a troubleshoot file. This file can be attached to the original post and will only be visible to Teltonika moderators.

The issue seems like it could be related to IPv4/IPv6 misconfiguration. A troubleshooting step that could be tried, would be to navigate to Network → Interfaces → General, edit the LAN interface, and under the DHCP server options, in the IPv6 tab set the router advertisement and DHCPv6 to Server mode.

From the provided logs it seems that the MacBook is not able to receive some packets due to an unsupported protocol (IPv6?) and it gets deauthenticated.

Additionally, check if no extra IPv6 settings have been configured on the MacBook.

Let me know how it goes!

Best regards,
