TRB140 no connection to RMS but we can reach the units connected to it

We have a couple of TRB140's that can not be reached through RMS (red dot) but they are both online because we can access the unts connected to them.

Is there a way to regain access to them without driving a 1000 km's to power cycle them.

Hello,

Do you have a possibility to send SMS messages to your gateway?

It would be possible to reinitiate connection to RMS by sending SMS to the device with the following syntax:

  • <router_password> rms_connect
    • Replace <router_password> with the password used to login to router's WebUI.
