It seems like the internal modem of the device keeps disconnecting and reconnecting from the device. Usually in this case we would recommend updating the internal modem, however, as it is disconnecting very frequently, this procedure is almost guaranteed to fail and completely brick the modem.
Of course, usual troubleshooting steps like factory resetting the device and checking the mobile connection settings can be performed, but if they do not help, please return the device for RMA repair.
