Does the device connected to the RUT240 receive an IP address from router's DHCP pool? Are you able to ping the router from the connected computer locally?
Could you try restoring your device by performing firmware update as described in this link?
If the above does not help, could you please send a photo of the label with login credentials in a private message?
I would like to check the printed data with the data in a database.
