I am unable to connect to Teltonika RMS. Device is online.

Connection state : Failure (expired license)

Would like to activate with credits, but not posssible if device is not in the RMS i assume.

attached file is a screenshot of the problem.

Hello,

  

Could you clarify if the device is currently added to your account?

  • If not, could you try pressing the "Unregister" button in the WebUI of the router? If that does not help, please send a photo of the back panel of the device to me via a private message;
  • If it is, then make sure to enable Auto Extend and Service options. This can be done by navigating on RMS to Administration → Companies → Press the View company details button on your company;

Hello,

Could you send a photo of the device with serial and IMEI numbers visible in a private message, simply to confirm your ownership of the device and proceed further?

Also, what is the name of your RMS company?

Where did you purchase this device?
