Says the setting to enable or disable JSON-RPC should be found at System → Administration → Access Control.

But, I cannot find it there (or anywhere for that matter)

Is this setting removed? How can we use JSON-RPC interface?

I found the answer at this thread. As of 7.2+, JSON-RPC is now always enabled. This should be noted somewhere?
