RUT240 - Admin password printed on device is wrong

Hi,

I have an RUT 240 that I cannot get into the local GUI or CLI for. It has the default passwords printed both on the device and on the included manual. Based on recommendations in similar posts, I've tried both a factory reset and updating the firmware.
