Hi,

I cant connect my RUT240 device to RMS.

On RUT240 it says     :  Failure (Expired license)

On RMS cloud it sys :

Validating list...

Device with <serial #> at line 1 could not be added. Please contact support for more information.

I already bought RMS credit. How I apply to a specific device?

Hello,
Could you send a photo of the device with serial and IMEI numbers visible in a private message, simply to confirm your ownership of the device and proceed further?
