Hello. I purchased a used RUT955 device that was previously registered in RMS. When I try and register it I get the error:

Device with <ID> at line 1 could not be added. Please contact support for more information.

From reading here, I understand that a support agent needs to deregister the device before I can register it again. I can provide proof of purchase, serial number, etc. Thanks.

Hello,

Could you please send a photo of the device with serial and IMEI numbers visible in a private message, to confirm your ownership of the device and proceed further?
