Dear Partner , 

RUT240 SN: 1122239630, when I try to add to RMS I have an error message, below details:

"Device with 1122239630 at line 1 could not be added. Please contact support for more information."

Can you please let me know, what can be the issue?

Hello,

Please try adding the device to RMS again. There should be no issues now.
