Hi,

We have multiple ( 25 ) RUT240 routers in use, however 1 of them became completely unusable (dead) after a while. I tried to boot into bootloader mode, but the router does not respond to anything and does not have a ethernet connection available whatsoever.

Only the power LED is burning and the LAN led is burning very dim. All the other leds are off.

What is happening here? How can I solve this?

Thanks

Hello,

The bootloader recovery is the last resort option to get the device back to its operating state. If that does not resolve your issue, the issue is likely hardware related and it is suggested to return the router to your reseller for either a replacement or a warranty repair.

Best regards,
