We have some issues on our products due to the fact that Wifi connection is established prior to Network (mobile) connection.

Is it possible to postpone the Wifi startup once the router has finished its setup ?

Thank you for provided information.

Did I understand correctly, that your RUT950 receives Internet via WiFi, but you want mobile-wan to be the first priority?
If so here is how you can change the priority, via WebUI navigate to Network>Interfaces , change order of interfaces priority that mobile-wan would be higher than the WiFi interface.
If this is not the issue, can you please provide more information regarding what you are trying to achieve and what is the main goal?And also,Please attach a troubleshoot file send it in a private message.(System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there)

No. The problem is that the wifi connection is established prior the router has finished its initialization.

In such case, connected devices are connected to Wifi but have no access to the internet.  We have a minor bug in our products we cannot fix from now and so I'm looking for a temporary workaround on the router side.
