I bought an RUTX50 model RUTX5000XXXX that is running firmware version 00.07.04.3 with two 5G SIM cards from different operators, but the router signals that the cards are not inserted.

I have tried factory reset and other firmware versions but still to no avail.

I'm using the RUTX50 in Brazil.

Please could you help me?

Hello,

  

Make sure that you have inserted the SIM cards properly. The contact side of the sim cards should be facing up.

From the troubleshoot file I can also only see that the SIM 1 is not inserted.

Have you tried switching to SIM 2? This can be done by navigating to Network → Mobile → General → SIM2 tab and select it as the default SIM. Don't forget to save.

Hello,

Many thanks for the quick response.

I did all the checklist suggested by you and the problem was only solved when I downgraded to version RUTX_R_00.07.02.8 when the system recognized the SIM CARD normally. From there I updated step by step to version RUTX_R_00.07.04.3 which is working perfectly so far.
