So we can't invite a user who already has an account? Do we need to send private message if would want to invite a user?
In my situation I wanted to invite a user to test RMS with a RUTX08 for about a month. I created a sub company where I moved the rutx08 an invited the user with end client permission. Luckily I tested with a second email how the invitation would have worked and there I noticed that I couldn't invite an email which already had an account.
Are this steps for security reasons?
