We have just got hands and eyes on a RUT955 that has been down on the Portal, it transpires the OS is corrupt and Serial and MAC just showing 000000000

Any Teltonika engineer available to remote in and do a fix please?

Urgency is around the transport this device is fixed in and the role it plays.
