Question

Hi all,

I´m new into the RUT Hardware, I got a RUT 241 with the Firmware RUT2M_R_00.07.04.3.

I could establish the IPSec Site 2 Site Connection, but I´m not able to reach the WebGUI from the Remote Site.

But i can not reach the webGUI from the other Site.

the Button from the older Manuals https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/IPsec_configuration_examples “Allow WEBGUI” are no longer available in the new GUI.

I try to add the Access rights for the VPN Zone to “Network - Firewall – General” but there are no VPN Zones, and i cant find a way how to create the IPSec VPN Zone.

Hello,

IPsec does not have a separate network interface, thus the lack of firewall zones. If you want to allow router's WebUI access via IPsec, a new firewall traffic rule is needed:

Or tis SSH equivalent:

Basically, the firewall rule must contain extra argument: 

• -m policy --dir in --pol ipsec --mode tunnel --tunnel-dst 0.0.0.0/0 --tunnel-src 0.0.0.0/
