Hi,

The error "Device with 1125067747 at line 1 could not be added" is usually because the device has been already added into another RMS account

please unregister the device From the WEB-UI and try again and let me know,

please refer the picture on how to unregister

Could you send a photo of the device with serial and IMEI numbers visible in a private message, to confirm your ownership of the device and proceed further?
