In the troubleshoot file, there is no indication of any issues on the mobile interface. As the logs are lost after a reboot, I will ask you to generate another troubleshoot file after waiting for the issue to replicate.
Also, it seems like your carrier has a different APN which may be needed to use this SIM in a router. Please try using that.
Additionally, the device you have is not certified on the operator network that you are using at the moment, which could be causing issues.
