Hallo.

Ich habe einen RUTX11. Diesen kann ich nur über das Router eigene WLAN erreichen. Also aus dem Internet ist der Router nicht erreichbar. Das Dashboard zeigt dann immer Disconnect an. Die Ortung über das RMS funktioniert auch nicht.

Hat jemand eine Idee?

I will ask you to replicate the issue, navigate to System → Administration → Troubleshoot, and generate a troubleshoot file. This file can be attached to the original question by editing it and will only be visible to Teltonika moderators. The logs contained in this file will provide us with some insight into what the issue could be.

Make sure:

  • That you are using the correct APN;
  • Correct SIM slot is selected as the default;
  • You have the antennas screwed in properly;
  • The SIM card does not require a PIN or if the PIN is entered correctly;
