Could you provide some more details on the issue? Are you trying the password admin01, or are you using the password printed on the back of the device?
The newer devices have unique passwords, that can be found engraved/printed on the bottom of the device.
You could also try factory resetting the device by holding the reset button until all signal LEDs light up.
