Hello,

  

The firmware your device is running is not the latest. Please update the device to the latest firmware, which can be downloaded here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT240_Firmware_Downloads (RUT2_R_00.07.04.3_WEBUI at the moment).

If the issue persists, please replicate the issue, navigate to System → Administration → Troubleshoot, and generate a troubleshoot file. This file can be attached to the original question by editing it and will only be visible to Teltonika moderators.
